The Ripple Project

This project is my heart. It’s not loud or flashy. But it’s real. Because:

I’ve fallen into desperation more times than I can count. I’ve hated myself, been torn apart by someone’s words, and had no idea what to do next. I didn’t have a place to turn to—a safe space to cry and simply be accepted.

But I was also saved by someone else’s words, by their kindness.

So, this project was born from a quiet belief I hold close:

The world is not perfect, but it’s not that bad.

I believe in the power of kindness (you might laugh, and that’s okay), and the superpower of right speech, of knowing what to say and when to say it.

At the right time, a single word can change someone’s life (also the presence in silence).

And because of that, they can carry that kindness forward, creating the ripple effect. That’s my purpose.

What if one gentle moment could rewrite someone’s world, and ripple into others?

I know it can, because it happened to me.
One small act of kindness reached me when I felt unworthy, and it quietly changed everything.

Now, I just want to offer that same moment to someone else.
Not to fix or save them but just to remind them they’re not alone.
And maybe that’s enough to start a ripple.

  • It all starts with an idea. I dream of a softer world, one where people feel seen, supported, and safe to be real.

  • I started by shifting the way I see myself and the world, unlearning old patterns and showing up more gently.

  • Now, I grow it by creating free, safe spaces where people can come as they are, talk things out, and feel a little less alone.

 Things You Might Be Wondering

Before you dive in, here’s a little clarity — no fine print, just me being real with you.

  • Because I’m practicing — this is part of my growth as a coach and space-holder. I believe in a kind world where not everything healing needs a price tag. But if you really want to support me… You can always buy me a coffee. (I do, in fact, love coffee. A lot.)

  • Yes. What you share stays between us. No gossip. No screenshots. Just trust.

  • We talk. We reflect. Maybe we pull cards. You bring what’s real, I hold space. That’s it.

  • Nope. I’m a coach-in-training with a psych background, deep curiosity, and a brain learning how to judge less and listen more.

Wanna Talk? I’m Here

Not here to fix you — just holding space while you untangle the mess (and yep, it’s totally free).
